بهینه‌سازی آزمایشگاهی و بررسی زیست محیطی بتن لاستیکی استفاده همزمان خرده لاستیک و الیاف لاستیک

چکیده

سالانه هزاران تن تایر لاستیکی در داخل کشور تولید، مصرف و فرسوده می‌شوند. محققین در دهه اخیر بررسی‌های متعددی برای استفاده از الیاف لاستیک یا خرده لاستیک در بتن و تأثیرات آن بر روی مشخصات مکانیکی آن انجام داده‌اند، ولی استفاده همزمان این دو ماده به جای شن و ماسه در بتن مورد بررسی قرار نگرفته است. در این پژوهش تأثیرات استفاده همزمان این دو ماده بر روی مشخصات مکانیکی بتن لاستیکی و بررسی زیست محیطی تأثیر لاستیک در بتن انجام شده است. با بررسی نتایج آزمایش اسلامپ نمونه‌های بتن لاستیکی در نسبت‌های آب به سیمان 0/45، 0/5 و 0/55 با افزایش خرده‌‌لاستیک و الیاف لاستیک تا 25%، مشخص شد  از 31 تا 82 میلیمتر روندی کاهشی دارد. نتایج تست‌ها حاکی از کاهش مقاومت فشاری با افزایش محتوای لاستیک است؛ به طوری که با جایگزینی حدود 13% ترکیب خرده‌‌لاستیک و الیاف لاستیک، مقاومت فشاری بتن لاستیکی نسبت به نمونه شاهد حدود 50% کاهش یافته است. در نسبت آب به سیمان 55/0 با افزایش خرده لاستیک و الیاف لاستیک از 4 تا 25%، مقدار مقاومت فشاری از از 15/78 به3/19 مگاپاسکال کاهش می‌یابد. با نسبت‌های آب به سیمان‌ و درصدهای مختلف بتن لاستیکی با نرم‌‌افزار سیماپرو، طبق نتایج بدست آمده، ترکیب خرده‌لاستیک و الیاف لاستیک باعث کاهش حدود 40 درصدی تولید گاز کربن‌دی‌اکسید در محیط زیست شده است. بهینه‌‌ترین حالت در تمامی نسبت‌ها با افزودن 4% خرده لاستیک و الیاف لاستیک حاصل می‌شود.

چکیده [English]

Annually, thousands of tons of rubber tires are produced, consumed, and discarded within the country. In recent decades, researchers have investigated the use of rubber fibers or rubber crumbs in concrete and their effects on its mechanical properties. However, the simultaneous utilization of both these materials as substitutes for sand and gravel in concrete has not been thoroughly explored. In this research, this research gap is addressed by examining the results of slump tests on rubber concrete specimens with water-to-cement ratios of 0.45, 0.50, and 0.55, incorporating rubber crumb and rubber fibers up to 25%. The test results indicate a reduction in compressive strength with increasing rubber content. By using different water-to-cement ratios, various rubber concrete proportions, and the SIMAPro software, it was determined that the combination of rubber crumb and rubber fibers leads to approximately a 40% reduction in carbon dioxide emissions in the environment. The optimal condition for all ratios is achieved by adding 4% rubber crumb and rubber fibers.
