بهینه‌سازی هزینه چرخه عمر پل‌ها با در نظر گرفتن قابلیت اطمینان پل‌ها (مطالعه موردی پل‌های مسیر ساری به محمودآباد)

چکیده

تعمیر و نگهداری جهت اطمینان از ایمنی و سرویس‌دهی پل‌ها همواره امری ضروری بوده است. با افزایش تعداد پل ­ها، هزینه­ های تعمیر و نگهداری بخش بزرگی از هزینه­ های پل را به خود اختصاص داده و تأثیر قابل توجهی بر محیط زیست خواهد داشت. پل ­ها مانند هر سازه دیگر و شاید بیش از بسیاری از آن‌ها تحت تاثیر محیط قرار دارند و از آنجا که جز سازه­ های پرهزینه و حساس محسوب می­ شوند، کوتاهی در نگهداری آن‌ها اثرات مخربی به دنبال دارد. پل‌ها به منظور سرویس‌دهی مناسب در کل دوره‌ی عمرشان، به تعمیر و نگهداری مستمر نیاز دارند. از این رو در این تحقیق مسئله نگهداری و تعمیرات پل­ های شهری استان مازندران با در نظر گرفتن هزینه چرخه عمر و قابلیت اعتماد پل‌ها مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته است. بدین منظور یک مدل برنامه‌ریزی ریاضی دو هدفه شامل حداقل‌سازی هزینه­ های نگهداری و تعمیرات و هزینه­ های کاربر و حداکثرسازی قابلیت اطمینان پل توسعه داده شده است. به منظور حل مسئله پیشنهادی یک الگوریتم بهینه‌سازی انبوه ذرات چند هدفه توسعه داده شده است. همچنین بر روی نرخ خرابی پل­ها تحلیل حساسیت انجام گرفته است. نتایج نشان داده است که با افزایش نرخ خرابی، مجموع هزینه ­های چرخه عمر افزایش و قابلیت اطمینان پل کاهش یافته است که این امر نشان ­دهنده عملکرد درست الگوریتم پیشنهادی این تحقیق می­ باشد.

چکیده [English]

Maintenances are necessary to ensure the safety and serviceability of existing bridges. With the increasing number of existing bridges, maintenance cost a large proportion of financial fund and have a significant impact on the environment. Bridges like any other structure and perhaps more than most of them are affected by the environment. Because they belong to sensitive and high costly structures, failure to maintain them will have devastating effects. Bridges are needed continuous maintenance in order to service properly during their life cycle. Therefore, in this study, the issue of maintenance and repair of urban bridges in Mazandaran province has been studied with regard to the life cycle cost and reliability of bridges. To do this end, a mathematical programming model which includes minimizing maintenance and user costs as well as maximizing system reliability. In order to solve the proposed model, a multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm is developed. Also, a sensitive analysis is done on the failure rate. Results show that increases in this parameter cause increasing cost and decreasing reliability. This indicates that the proposed algorithm is working properly and the results of this research can be trusted.
