بررسی تأثیر یخ‌‌زداها بر مشخصات ویسکوالاستیک ماستیک آسفالتی

چکیده

دست‌‌یابی به یک روسازی ماندگار مستلزم عوامل بسیاری است که در بین آن‌ها نگهداری زمستانی از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار است. در دهه‌های گذشته استفاده از مواد شیمیایی برای یخ‌‌زدایی بسیار شایع بوده ولی استفاده از آن‌‌ها باعث بروز خرابی در بسیاری از زیرساخت‌‌های حمل‌ونقل شده‌‌است. در پژوهش پیش ‌‌رو، جهت بررسی تأثیر یخ‌‌زداها بر روسازی آسفالتی، از نمونه‌‌های ماستیک آسفالتی به دلیل تأثیر بسیار زیادی که روی مشخصات ویسکوالاستیک مخلوط آسفالتی دارند، استفاده شد. نمونه‌‌ها به مدت 96 ساعت و در دمای 60 درجه سانتی‌گراد در محلول‌‌های آب مقطر، سدیم کلراید، کلسیم منیزیم استات و پتاسیم استات فرآوری رطوبتی شدند و یک نمونه به‌عنوان شاهد و بدون عمل‌‌آوری در نظر گرفته شد. سپس کل نمونه‌‌ها تحت آزمایش جاروب فرکانس قرار گرفتند و مدل ویسکوالاستیک 2S2P1D روی داده‌‌های به‌دست‌آمده از آزمایش برازش شد. بررسی نتایج آزمایش و پارامترهای مدل نشان داد فرآوری رطوبتی در محلول سدیم کلراید باعث نرم شدگی ماستیک آسفالتی می‌شود. کلسیم منیزیم استات مقدار *G را در فرکانس‌های پایین بارگذاری (دماهای بالا) افزایش می‌‌دهد. تأثیر این یخ‌زدا روی پارامتر خستگی بسیار وابسته به فرکانس بارگذاری است، به ‌نحوی‌ که هر چقدر فرکانس بارگذاری پایین‌تر باشد، مقاومت ماستیک در برابر خرابی خستگی کمتر می‌شود. پتاسیم استات باعث افزایش مقدار *G ماستیک آسفالتی در دماهای میانه و بالا می‌شود. همچنین، تمامی یخ‌زداها باعث کاهش مقاومت ماستیک آسفالتی در برابر خرابی شیار شدگی می‌شوند و در بین آن‌ها کلسیم منیزیم استات بیشترین اثر مخرب را دارد.

Achieving perpetual pavements requires many factors, among which winter road maintenance is of great importance. In the past decades, the use of chemical deicers has been very common, but their use caused damage to many transportation infrastructures. In the present study, to investigate the effect of deicers on asphalt pavement, asphalt mastic samples were used due to their great influence on the viscoelastic characteristics of asphalt mixtures. The samples were conditioned for 96 hours at 60°C in solutions of distilled water, salt, Calcium magnesium acetate, and Potassium acetate, and one sample was considered as a control, without conditioning. Then, all the samples were tested by frequency sweep test and the 2S2P1D viscoelastic model was fitted on the data. Analyzing the test results and model parameters showed that conditioning in brine solution softens the asphalt mastic samples. Calcium magnesium acetate increases the G* parameter at low loading frequencies (high temperatures). The effect of this deicer on the fatigue parameter is highly dependent on the loading frequency.  The lower the loading frequency, the lower the mastic's resistance to fatigue failure. Potassium acetate increases the G* of mastic samples at medium and high temperatures. Also, all the deicers reduce the resistance of samples against rutting damage, and among them, Calcium magnesium acetate has the most damaging effect.
