تحلیل پایداری و ارتعاشی آزاد ستونهای غیرمنشوری با استفاده از ترکیب روش سریهای توانی و گالرکین
امروزه استفاده از اعضای محوری و خمشی با مقطع متغیر در قابها به علت افزایش پایداری و کاهش وزن سازه، افزایش یافته است. به همین دلیل در این مقاله، رفتار ستونهای غیرمنشوری تحت تحلیل پایداری و ارتعاش آزاد مورد مطالعه قرار میگیرد. در مرحله نخست، معادله تعادل حاکم بر تیر اویلر-برنولی با مقطع متغیر که به صورت یک معادله دیفرانسیل مرتبه چهار باضرایب متغیر است، با اعمال اصل حداقل پتانسیل انرژی به تابع انرژی استخراج میگردد. در این پژوهش، به منظور حل دقیق معادله پایداری از روش بسط سریهای توانی استفاده شده است. بر اساس اصول حاکم بر روش عددی مذکور فرم تقریبی تغییر شکل حاکم بر مد اول کمانش ستون به صورت یک چند جملهای متناهی به دست میآید و با جایگذاری شرایط مرزی حاکم بر عضو ارتجاعی و با استفاده از روش حل مقادیر ویژه مقدار بار کمانش بحرانی محاسبه میگردد. در پایان، با توجه به تشابه فرم تغییر شکل اعضای الاستیک تحت تحلیل ارتعاش آزاد و پایداری از روش تقریبی گالرکین جهت استخراج فرکانس طبیعی ارتعاش سیستم استفاده شده است. به منظور نشان دادن توانایی و صحت روش ترکیبی استفاده شده در این مطالعه، چندین مثال عددی شامل ستونهای غیرمنشوری با شرایط مرزی متفاوت، ارائه میگردد. نتایج به دست آمده با مقادیر حاصل از پژوهشهای انجام شده توسط دیگر محققین در این زمینه و تحلیل عددی حاصل از نرم افزار اجزای محدود انسیس، مقایسه شدهاند. نتایج نشان دهنده تطابق مطلوب بین روش حاضر و دیگر روشهای عددی و یا تحلیلی موجود است.

مطالعه و مقایسه رفتار تراکمی خاک های دانه ای توسط امواج فراصوت و دستگاه طراحی شده چکش ضربه
به دست آوردن پارامترهای رفتاری خاک همواره از دغدغه های اولیه در علم مکانیک خاک 1 بوده است. این پارامترها اغلب در آزمایشگاه یا به صورت تست صحرایی 2 به دست میآیند [1] . این آزمایشات معمولا نیاز به تجهیزات خاص ، زمان و دقت عمل زیاد دارند که این موارد را می توان به عنوان محدودیت به حساب آورد. هدف از ارائه این مقاله معرفی روشی برای اندازهگیری تراکم خاک های دانه ای3 (مخلوط،) متشکل از ماسه % 80 4و رس ،% 20 5بدون انجام آزمایشات مفصل صحرایی و آزمایشگاهی می باشد. در این مقاله چکشی مشابه چکش اشمیت 6معرفی می شود که توسط آن می توان رفتار تراکمی خاک را با یک ضربه محاسبه کرد، این چکش ابداعی به اسم چکش ضربه RHنامیده می شود. از طرفی نتایج حاصل از چکش ضربه با نتایج تست فراصوت نیز مقایسه می شود. در این پژوهش از امواج فشاری یا اولیه7استفاده شده است [2] زیرا امواج فشاری نسبت به امواج برشی یا ثانویه 8دارای سرعت بیشتری بوده و از نظر سهولت در انتشار و بازگشت امواج نسبت به امواج برشی دارای برتری میباشد [3] .ابتدا با استفاده از آزمایش تراکم اصلاح شده پروکتور 9 که در استاندارد آشتو 10 معرفی شده است مدل سازی مصالح انجام گرفته [4] و در ادامه مصالح با محدوده دانه بندی 11مشخص و بر اساس پارامترهای کیفی نظیر درصد تراکم و درصد رطوبت های طبیعی و بهینه 12در معرض امواج فشاری دستگاه فراصوت بصورت مستقیم قرار گرفته اند [6] و همزمان توسط دستگاه چکش ضربه تراکم سنجی می شوند [5] . براساس نتایج حاصل از سرعت و زمان عبور امواج و تست ضربه در جهات افقی و قائم در پروسه افزایش تراکم با فراوانی بیش از سی بارتکرار، بدون هرگونه آزمایش صحرائی - آزمایشگاهی و با کاهش خطاهای انسانی و دستگاهی وامکان انجام آزمایشات با فراوانی بیشتر در زمان کوتاهتر،با استفاده از نمودارهای کالیبره و روابط همبستگی و براساس نمونه فولادی مبنا، درصد تراکم خاک بدست خواهند آمد[2].

بررسی خواص مکانیکی خمیر سیمان های ژئوپلیمری با پایه روباره کوره آهنگدازی و تعیین پارامترهای بهینه
ژئوپلیمرها، پلیمرهای آلومینو سیلیکاتی هستند که از فعالسازی قلیایی مواد اولیه حاوی سیلیسیوم و آلومینیوم به دست میآیند. هدف اصلی این مطالعه، بکارگیری روباره کوره آهنگدازی دانهای بعنوان ماده پایه برای ساخت خمیرهای ژئوپلیمری و بررسی و مقایسه خواص خمیرهای سیمان ژئوپلیمری ساخته شده با خمیر سیمان پرتلندی میباشد. خواص مکانیکی و دوامی ژئوپلیمرها با مواد پایه مختلف هنوز کاملا شناخته نشده است. در این میان مطالعه عوامل مؤثر بر خواص این مصالح به منظور دستیابی به بالاترین مقادیر خواص مکانیکی و کمترین هزینه ضروری میباشد. در این راستا اثر نوع و غلظت محلول قلیایی و نوع و مقدار سیلیکات سدیم روی کارآیی خمیر تازه و خواص مکانیکی خمیرهای سیمان ژئوپلیمری حاوی روباره کوره آهنگدازی بررسی شده و مناسبترین ترکیب فعالساز برای ساخت خمیرهای سیمان ژئوپلیمری تعیین شده است. نتایج نشان میدهد که افزودن سیلیکات سدیم به مخلوط خمیر سیمان ژئوپلیمری با پایه روباره باعث افزایش پخش شدگی خمیر تازه و همچنین افزایش مقاومت فشاری میگردد. علاوه بر این در خمیرهای سیمان ژئوپلیمری با پایه روباره، مقدار بهینه مدول سیلیکات سدیم برای رسیدن به حداکثر مقاومت فشاری برابر با 33/2بوده و نسبت بهینه سیلیکات سدیم به محلول قلیایی برابر با 4/0میباشد. همچنین مقاومت فشاری 91روزه طرح بهینه خمیر سیمان ژئوپلیمری با پایه روباره بالغ بر 74% بیش از مقاومت فشاری 91روزه خمیر سیمان پرتلندی بوده است.

مطالعه آزمایشگاهی ستون های سنگی منفرد و گروهی محصور شده با ژئوتکستایل
ستونهای سنگی یکی از روشهای بهسازی خاکهای نرم به منظور افزایش ظرفیت باربری هستند. لذا یافتن راههایی برای افزایش کارایی آنها مورد توجه میباشد. با توجه به اینکه یکی از اصلیترین علل کاهش باربری ستونهای سنگی پدیدهی خمرهای شدن میباشد، میتوان از پوشش مسلح کننده پیرامون این ستونها استفاده نمود. در این مقاله ستونهای سنگی منفرد و گروهی در دو حالت معمولی و با پوشش ژئوتکستایل پیرامون آن، مورد مطالعه آزمایشگاهی قرار گرفتهاند. ستونهای سنگی منفرد با قطر 63و 80 میلیمتر با نسبت طول به قطر ،5تحت بارگذاری قرار گرفتهاند. نتایج حاکی از افزایش ظرفیت باربری ستون با قرار دادن پوشش ژئوتکستایل پیرامون آن است. در ادامه همچنین ستونهای سنگی با قطر 63میلیمتر بصورت گروهی در چیدمانهای مختلف مورد آزمایش قرار گرفته و ظرفیت باربری آنها مقایسه گردیده است.

بررسی تاثیر حذف ستون بر وقوع خرابی پیش رونده در قاب های بتن مسلح
خرابی پیشرونده به دنبال حوادث ناگهانی که باعث آسیب جزئی و موضعی سازه میشود، اتفاق میافتد. عدم توانایی اعضای مجاور عضو آسیب دیده در بازتوزیع اضافه بار ناشی از حذف عضو باعث میشود خرابی به صورت زنجیروار در جهت عمودی و افقی گسترش یابد تا این که به خرابی موضعی گسترده یا کلی سازه منتج شود. وجود مسیرهای بار جایگزین برای انتقال اضافه بار ناشی از حذف عضو اهمیت ویژهای دارد بنابراین از جمله روشهای متداول آیین نامهای در تحلیل خرابی پیشرونده روش مسیر بار جایگزین است؛ در این پژوهش چگونگی وقوع خرابی پیشرونده در قابهای خمشی بتن مسلح با استفاده از روش تحلیل مسیر بار جایگزین و نحوه شکل گیری عملکرد زنجیرهای به منظور انتقال اضافه بار ایجاد شده بر اثر حذف عضو کلیدی، بررسی شده است. با بررسی جابه جایی قائم در محل عضو محذوف تحت سناریوهای متفاوت حذف عضو و دوران انتهای تیرهای مجاور عضو آسیب دیده ملاحظه شد که پتانسیل خرابی پیشرونده در قابها وابسته به محل قرارگیری ستون یا عضو محذوف است. پتانسیل خرابی بر اثر حذف ستون گوشه چه در طبقات بالا و چه در طبقات پایینی زیاد است و جابه جایی بیشتری ایجاد میکند؛ همچنین اگر ستون یا عضو کلیدی در طبقات بالاتر حذف شود مقدار جابه جایی بیشتر خواهد بود که دلیل آن وجود مسیرهای بار جایگزین کمتر است به عبارت دیگر اعضای کمتری در جذب انرژی جنبشی ناشی از حذف عضو دخیل میشوند. وجود نامنظمی در ساختار سازه باعث توزیع غیریکنواخت نیرو در اعضای باقیمانده و پاسخهای سازهای شدیدتر نسبت به حذف عضو کلیدی میشود

شناسایی آسیب در سازه ها با استفاده از حساسیت تابع پاسخ فرکانسی و مولفه های اصلی آن
در این پژوهش، محل و شدت آسیب با استفاده از حل معادلات حساسیت مولفههای اصلی 1تابع پاسخ فرکانسی2 (FRF ) و همچنین معادلات حساسیت تابع پاسخ فرکانسی تولید شده از روی دادههای دینامیکی، بدست آمدهاند. استفاده از معادله ی حساسیت شبه خطی توابع پاسخ فرکانسی و مولفههای اصلی آن، از مهمترین قابلیتهای این روش در عیب یابی میباشد. معادلات حساسیت بدست آمده به صورت خطی بوده و نیازی به استفاده از مشتقات معکوس مولفههای اصلی تابع پاسخ فرکانسی در تشکیل آنها نبوده است. با استفاده از این معادلات حساسیت و کمینه سازی با روش حداقل مربعات3 ، مدل اجزای محدود سازه مورد نظر به هنگام شده و بدین ترتیب محل و شدت خرابی به صورت همزمان بدست آمدهاند. همچنین میزان حساسیت روش مذکور به خطای اندازه گیری نیز محاسبه شده است. نتایج مدل عددی حاکی از دقت بالای روش برای حل مسالهی معکوس 4بوده که ضمن کم نمودن حساسیت آن به خطای اندازه گیری، خرابی در خرپا را به خوبی شبیه سازی می کند.

بررسی تأثیر شیرابه زباله بر رفتارهای مقاومتی خاک های رسی با خاصیت خمیری زیاد و کم
میزان تولید زبالههای شهری به صورت وصف نشدنی با گسترش شتابان جمعیت افزایش مییابد. یکی از راههای دفع این زبالهها از محیط اطراف زندگی بشر، دفن آنها است. دفن یا دپوی روباز این زبالهها در محیط زیست از یک طرف و بارشهای جوی از سوی دیگر سبب ایجاد شیرابهای از این زبالهها میگردد که به علت نفوذ در بین ذرات خاک تأثیراتی بر رفتارهای مکانیکی خاکها دارد. در این پژوهش قصد بر آن است که با انجام آزمایشهای تحکیم، تراکم، برش مستقیم، تعیین حدود اتربرگ و تصویربرداری با میکروسکوپ الکترونی به بررسی این تأثیرات پرداخته شود. از این رو نمونههای خاک با درصدهای مختلف آلودگی در قالب دستگاه ادئومتر و برش مستقیم در بازههای زمانی کوتاه مدت و بلندمدت پس از ساخت نمونهها مورد آزمایش قرار گرفتند و با نمونه خاک غیر آلوده در فضای تخلخل-تنش و تنش برشی-جابجایی افقی، در کوتاه مدت و بلند مدت مورد مقایسه قرار گرفتند. با مشاهده گذر زمان بر روند تأثیر شیرابه روی مقاومت خاک مشاهده شد که پس از گذر زمان، درصدهای کم شیرابه در نهایت همانند درصدهای زیاد شیرابه بر روی خاک تأثیر خواهند گذاشت. از یک طرف افزایش تأثیر درصدهای زیاد بعد از گذر زمان در خاک ثابت شده و از طرف دیگر تأثیر درصدهای کم در خاک افزایش مییابد تا به مقادیر تأثیر درصدهای زیادتر برسد. درواقع نقطه بیشینه تأثیرات دو درصد کم و زیاد یکسان میگردد.

مطالعه آزمایشگاهی و تئوریک پارامترهای موثر بر رفتار کمانشی سیستم مهاربندی کشویی
مطالعه های انجام گرفته بر روی جذب انرژی مهاربند ضربدری نشان میدهد که وقوع کمانش در این سیستم مهاربندی، شکلپذیری سیستم را به شدت تحت تاثیر خود قرار داده و مانع از عملکرد مطلوب آن میگردد. از این رو حذف پدیده کمانش میتواند کمک شایانی را در بهبود رفتار لرزهای مهاربندهای تحت اثر نیروی محوری فشاری ایفا نماید. سیستم مهاربندی کشویی در این راستا پیشنهاد و ارائه شده است. این سیستم مهاربندی از سه ورق موازی تشکیل شده است که توسط تعدادی ورق موازی یکدیگر که عمود بر ورقهای اصلی در سیستم قرار گرفتهاند و وظیفه جذب انرژی را در سیستم به عهده دارند، به هم متصل شدهاند. در واقع ورقهای موازی دارای سختی و مقاومت لازم برای انتقال نیرو به ورقهای عمود بر آنها برای جذب انرژی بوده و خود در حالت الاستیک باقی میمانند. مزیت اصلی این سیستم مهاربندی نسبت به سایر سیستمهای مهاربندی از بین بردن اثرات مخرب پدیده کمانش است. حرکت کشویی رفت و برگشتی عامل اصلی استهلاک انرژی در این سیستم مهاربندی محسوب میگردد. در این مقاله ضمن تشریح آزمایشهای انجام گرفته، روابطی برای محاسبه مقاومت کمانشی این سیستم مهاربندی پیشنهاد گردیده است. نتایج بررسیها نشان میدهد که مقاومت کمانشی سیستم، به ترتیب در حدود 3درصد بیشتر و 17درصد کمتر از مقاومت نهایی قابل تحمل سیستم در آزمایشهای اول و دوم میباشد. به این ترتیب برای جلوگیری از وقوع کمانش در این سیستم مهاربندی، اجزای مهاربندی میبایست به گونهای طراحی شوند که مقاومت کمانشی ورقهای موازی، بیشتر از مقاومت نهایی قابل تحمل سیستم گردد.

تأثیر کاربرد باکتری بر بهبود عملکرد بتن هوا دار
یکی از روشهای افزایش دوام بتن و ترمیم ترکهای موجود در آن، استفاده از روشهای بیولوژیکی (اضافه کردن باکتری به آب اختلاط بتن) است. تحقیقات نشان داده است، بتنهای حاوی باکتری، دارای pH بالا، منافذ با اندازه ی نسبتا کوچک (کمتر از 1/0میکرو متر) و محیطی تقریبا خشک هستند؛ بنابراین اگر محیط کشت حفاظت نشده باشد، در بلند مدت باکتری دوامی در بتن نخواهد داشت. یکی از این راه کارهای محافظت از باکتری در بتن، ایجاد حبابهای هوا است که برای اولین بار در این مقاله مورد بررسی قرار میگیرد. باکتریها وارد منافذ هوا میشوند و در آن جا به فعالیت خود ادامه میدهند. در این مقاله با در نظر گرفتن درصدهای متفاوت هوا، میزان تأثیر هوا دار بودن بتن در فعالیت باکتریها، مورد سنجش قرار میگیرد. بدین منظور از 6طرح اختلاط با درصدهای متفاوت هوا استفاده میشود که نیمی از آنها حاوی باکتری است. پس از ساخت، نمونهها به دو دسته تقسیم شده و در دو محیط متفاوت به مدت 28روز عملآوری میشود. هدف، بررسی عمق کربناسیون است. نتایج این تحقیق نشان میدهد حبابهای هوای ایجاد شده در بتن، کارایی باکتری را بالاتر برده و با کاربرد باکتری در بتن هوا دار و قرار دادن آن در کنار منبع کلسیم، عمق کربناسیون کاهش مییابد.

مروری بر روش های مدلسازی برخورد ساختمان های مجاور با یکدیگر و راهکارهای کاهش پاسخ ناشی از ضربه در آنها
به هنگام زلزله در ساختمانهایی که فاقد درز انقطاع مناسب با ساختمان مجاور خود میباشند پدیده ضربه زدن ساختمانها به یکدیگر میتواند سبب خسارات سازهای قابل توجهی در آنها گردد. بعد از وقوع زلزلههای مهمی همچون مکزیکوسیتی (1985) و لوماپریتا (1989 ) و مشاهدهی خسارات بوجود آمده در ساختمانها در اثر برخورد آنها با یکدیگر، این پدیده مورد توجه محققین قرار گرفت. در مقاله حاضر با مرور روشهای تحلیلی مختلفی که برای مدلسازی پدیده ضربه وجود دارند، از بین مدلهای الاستیک خطی، ویسکوالاستیک خطی، ویسکوالاستیک خطی اصلاح شده، الاستیک غیرخطی هرتز، هرتز– دمپ غیرخطی و ویسکوالاستیک غیرخطی، مدل ویسکوالاستیک غیرخطی به عنوان مدلی مناسب برای این منظور شناسایی شده است. در ادامه مقاله راهکارهای مختلف برای کاهش آثار ضربه در ساختمانهای برخورد کننده با یکدیگر، مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. بر اساس تحلیلهای انجام شده در این تحقیق، در مواردی که درز انقطاع لازم بین ساختمانها اجرا نشده باشد یکی از مناسبترین روشها جهت کاهش آثار ضربه در ساختمانهای مجاور، تقویت ساختمانها میباشد. این امر میتواند با استفاده از افزایش سختی موثر جانبی ساختمانها و یا استفاده از ابزارهای مستهلک کننده انرژی به منظور افزایش میرایی موثر سازه و استهلاک بیشتر پاسخ دینامیکی ناشی از ضربه محقق گردد.

اثر آلاینده اسید سولفوریک بر مقاومت برشی و پارامترهای تحکیمی خاک رس
آلودگی محیط زیست از بزرگترین دغدغههای پیشروی بشر در عصر حاضر است. استفاده گسترده از محصولات شیمیایی و حجم زیاد پسماندهای تولید شده توسط انسان و رهاسازی آنها در محیط، موجب آلودگی بخش قابل ملاحظهای از منابع خاک و آبهای زیرزمینی شدهاست. یکی از انواع آلایندهها، آلایندههای اسیدی است که از راههای مختلف مانند پساب کارخانهها و صنایع و بارانهای اسیدی وارد چرخه طبیعت و خاک میشوند. این آلایندهها در کنار تبعات زیست محیطی، از منظر ژئوتکنیکی نیز حائز اهمیت و نیازمند بررسی هرچه بیشتر میباشند. در این مطالعه به بررسی تاثیر آلاینده اسیدی بر مقاومت و پارامترهای تحکیمی نوعی خاک رس پرداخته شده است. برای این منظور با استفاده از اسید سولفوریک، تعدادی آزمایش تحکیم یک بعدی و آزمایش مقاومت فشاری محصور نشده در pHهای 5، 3 ،1و همچنین آب شرب( 8/7 (pH= روی یک خاک رسی تهیه شده از شهرستان آبیک استان قزوین انجام شده است. نتایج نشان میدهد که درحضور آلاینده اسیدی، با افزایش خاصیت اسیدی و کاهش ،pHمقاومت برشی خاک رس کاهش مییابد. همچنین با کاهش ،pHضرایب فشردگی و تورم در خاک رس تحت تاثیر آلاینده اسیدی افزایش مییابد. مقدار ضرایب تحکیم در حضور اسید سولفوریک نسبت به حالت بدون حضور آلاینده، بیشتر خواهد بود که نشان دهنده سرعت تحکیم بیشتر است.

بررسی آزمایشگاهی رفتار چرخه ای اتصالات صلب رایج اصلاح شده تیر به ستون دوبل فولادی
اتصال تیر به ستون یکی از مهمترین عناصر سازهای در قابهای خمشی شکل پذیر فولادی به شمار میروند که عملکرد مناسب سازه تا حدود زیادی منوط به داشتن اتصالات با کارایی مناسب میباشد. اتصالات صلب با ورق پوششی از مهمترین اتصالات رایج در کشورمان ایران است و بررسی عملکرد لرزهای آنها با توجه به کاربرد فراوان در ساخت و ساز الزامی میباشد. لذا با توجه به تحقیقات محدود آزمایشگاهی در این زمینه، در این تحقیق 3نمونه اتصال صلب رایج در کشور با مقیاس 2/1به جهت بررسی عملکرد اتصال، اثرات حذف جوش شیاری در رفتار اتصال و معرفی مدل جدید اتصال با ورق Tشکل، بر اساس مبحث دهم طراحی و ساخته شدند و تحت بارگذاری رفت و برگشتی قرار گرفتند. نتایج نشان داده است که نمونه طراحی شده بر اساس آیین نامه نتوانسته همه معیارهای اتصال صلب را برآورده سازد. افزودن ورق نیز سبب افزایش 10 درصدی مقاومت و کاهش 18 درصدی شکل پذیری و نیز سبب انتقال مفصل پلاستیک به بال تیر گردیده است. همچنین طبق بررسیهای آزمایشگاهی، حذف جوش شیاری با نفوذ کامل، باعث تغییر مکانسیم شکست و کاهش مقاومت و شکل پذیری اتصال میگردد.

بررسی مکانیزم تاثیر غلظت کلکتور در جدایش انتخابی گالیم از روی به روش فلوتاسیون یونی
عنصر روی از جمله ناخالصی موجود در محلولهای اسیدی در منابع گالیم است که در این تحقیق جدایش انتخابی گالیم از روی به روش فلوتاسیون یونی مطالعه شد. با توجه به اینکه غلظت کلکتور از جمله پارامترهای عملیاتی تاثیرگذار بر فرایند فلوتاسیون یونی است، مکانیزم تاثیر غلظت کلکتور سدیم دو دسیل سولفات در جدایش انتخابی یون گالیم از یون روی در pH=2بررسی شد. نتایج نشان داد که با افزایش غلظت کلکتور، تعاملات الکترواستاتیکی بین گالیم و سر آنیونی از سدیم دو دسیل سولفات افزایش مییابد و منجر به تشکیل کمپلکسهای نامحلول (سابلت) میشود. مکانیزم رفتار و مشخصات کمپلکسهای نامحلول با استفاده از آنالیزهای اسپکتروفتومتری، هدایت الکتریکی، پراکندگی نور دینامیکی و میکروسکوپ الکترونی مطالعه شد. نتایج آنالیزها نشان داد که متوسط اندازه کمپلکسهای نامحلول ناشی از افزایش غلظت کلکتور بر ضریب انتخابی گالیم نسبت به آلومینیم تاثیر دارد. با افزایش غلظت کلکتور، متوسط اندازه کمپلکسهای نامحلول کاهش مییابد و منجر به حمل یونهای روی بیشتر به فاز کف و کاهش ضریب انتخابی گالیم میشود. جدایش انتخابی بهینه گالیم از یون روی در غلظت هم مولار از دو یون (1/5×10-4) Mدر غلظت 4/5×10-4 Mاز سدیم دو دسیل سولفات بدست آمد.

بررسی آزمایشگاهی کارایی و خواص مکانیکی بتن حاوی پودر شیشه و خرده شیشه ضایعاتی با کاربردهای جداگانه و همزمان
تولید بتن نیازمند مصالح طبیعی و مصنوعی گوناگونی است. تولید سیمان به عنوان اصلیترین ماده ساخت بتن، باعث تولید گاز دیاکسیدکربن و اثرات زیانبار آن بر لایه ازن میشود. لذا محققین را به یافتن راه حلی جهت کاهش در سهم مصالح طبیعی و تولید گازهای گلخانهای در تولید بتن واداشت. حجم زیاد شیشههای ضایعاتی بازیافت ناپذیر، به عنوان جایگزین مصالح مذکور در بتن اخیراً مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. در تحقیقات قبلی، جایگزینی ماسه با خرده شیشه در نسبتهای بالا، کاهش قابل ملاحظه خواص مکانیکی را نتیجه داد. در این تحقیق پس از ساخت طرح اختلاط مرجع، ماسه با خرده شیشه ضایعاتی با نسبتهای 5% ، 8%و 12% جایگزین و 3 طرح اختلاط ساخته شد. 3 طرح با جایگزینی پودر شیشه با سیمان در 4%، 8%و 12% نیز ساخته شدند. پس از بررسی نتایج 7طرح مذکور، طرحهای ترکیبی با جایگزینی ثابت 8% خرده شیشه با ماسه و سیمان با پودر شیشه در نسبتهای 4%، 8%و 12% نیز ساخته شدند. در هر آزمایش سه نمونه و در مجموع 230نمونه گیری انجام شد. مقاومت فشاری نمونههای مکعبی استاندارد در سنین 7، 28،56و 91روزه، تعیین گردید. مقاومت کششی به روش دونیم شدن نمونهها، اندازه گیری شدند. آزمایش ضریب ارتجاعی استاتیکی نیز بر روی نمونههای استاندارد استوانهای، انجام گردید. مقاومت فشاری، ضریب ارتجاعی، مقاومت کششی، اسلامپ، وزن مخصوص بتنهای تازه و سختشده طرحهای اختلاط حاوی خرده شیشه و پودر شیشه به صورت همزمان، نسبت به طرحهای اختلاط حاوی فقط پودر شیشه، کاهش را نشان داد، که این امر، عملکرد نامطلوب شیشه به صورت ذرات درشتتر (خرده شیشه) در ساختار بتن و افزایش فعالیت قلیایی-سیلیسی را نشان میدهد. عملکرد نامطلوب خرده شیشه در خواص مکانیکی بتن از طریق جایگزینی سیمان با پودر شیشه، تا حدود بسیار زیادی بهبود یافت. نتایج نشان داد که جایگزینی همزمان سیمان با پودر شیشه در نسبتهای پایین در طرحهای حاوی 8% ثابت جایگزینی ماسه با خرده شیشه، باعث کاهش شدید کارایی و بهبود خواص مکانیکی بتنها نسبت به طرح مرجع، گردید.

تحلیل عددی ستون های بتن مسلح تحت اثر بارگذاری چرخه ای مقاوم سازی شده با الیاف پلیمری
توانبخشی (بهسازی،) روند و شیوه تعمیرکردن یا اصلاح کردن یک سازه به منظور دستیابی به شرایط بهره برداری جدید و یا افزایش عمر مفید بهره برداری آن است. در واقع ما در طرح و اجرای مقاوم سازی به دنبال حصول شرایط جدید در سازه بتنی از نظر بهره برداری و یا بارگذاری میباشیم. عملیات مقاوم سازی میتواند به علل اشتباهات و مشکلات طراحی، مشکلات و اشتباهات اجرایی، تغییر در استانداردها و آیین نامهها، افزایش عمر مفید بهره برداری، تغییر کاربری سازه، افزایش طبقات و بار وارده و دیگر موارد مورد نیاز باشد .همچنین خرابی در ستونهای بتن آرمه میتواند باعث ایجاد خسارات شدید و غیرقابل جبران گردد لذا بررسی مقاوم سازی ستونهای بتن مسلح به وسیلهی الیاف پلیمری و با چیدمانهای مختلف الیاف از مواردی است که میتواند مورد بررسی قرار گیرد، جهت صحت سنجی مدلسازی از مطالعهی آزمایشگاهی مناسب استفاده شده است. سپس در نرم افزار اجزای محدود آباکوس با شبیهسازی چندین مدل متنوع به بررسی نحوه مناسب آرایش مقاوم سازی الیاف پلیمری پرداخته شده است. پس از مطالعه نمودارهای هیسترسیس بار- جابجایی، نمودار پوش بار- جابجایی، بار نهایی و سهم الیاف پلیمری مدلها، مشخص شد، نمونههایی که الیاف پلیمری دارند دارای قابلیت تحمل بار بیشتر و جذب استهلاک انرژی بیشتر (82 درصد افزایش ظرفیت) نسبت به حالت بدون الیاف میباشند.
