This study presents the result of using metakaolin geopolymer to stabilize contaminated clay. In this study, the primary and contaminated soil without stabilizing are subject to various tests; The results of the first phase of the experiments showed that increased contamination concentration had a negative effect on soil parameters. The results of these experiments also showed that the most critical concentration of soil contamination was among the concentrations of 10000 ppm. Then the soil contaminated with the most critical concentration was stabilized by metakaolin geopolymer at 5, 10, and 15% weight and was re-tested and identified with various resistive in 7 days of curing time. Finally, the results achieved at this stage showed that by increasing the percentage of metakaolin geopolymer, the soil strength parameters have significantly increased, and the addition of geopolymer to contaminated soil of 10000 ppm has resulted in the stabilization of soil and improved soil properties. The results of the experiments showed that the most optimal state was the addition of 15% metakaolin geopolymer to the 10000 ppm contaminated soil, in which the liquid limit increased by 39.47%, the plastic limit increased by 51.06%, the plasticity index increased by 20.68%, the optimal moisture content increased by 19.84%, Dry Unit Weight decreased by 3.23%, unconfined compression strength increased 2.28 times and CBR increased 2.31 times, compared to the unstabilized 10000 ppm contaminated soil.}, keywords = {Metakaolin,Pozzolan,Soil Contamination,Geopolymer,Stabilization of Soil}, title_fa = {تثبیت خاک‌های رسی آلوده به نیترات سرب و روی با استفاده از ژئوپلیمر متاکائولن}, abstract_fa = {یکی از معضلات زیست‌محیطی مهم که بشر با آن‌ها روبرو است مبحث آلودگی خاک است که در اثر عوامل مختلفی اتفاق می‌افتد و در صورت وقوع بر روی پارامترهای مختلف خاک تأثیر می‌گذارد. یکی از راه‌های مقابله با این پدیده تثبیت خاک‌ها است. این پژوهش نتیجه استفاده از ژئوپلیمر متاکائولن برای تثبیت خاک رس آلوده را ارائه می‌کند. در این پژوهش ابتدا خاک پایه و آلوده بدون تثبیت ‌کننده مورد بررسی تحت آزمایش‌های مختلف قرار می‌گیرند؛ نتایج به ‌دست ‌آمده در مرحله اول آزمایش‌ها نشان داد افزایش غلظت آلاینده بر روی پارامترهای خاک اثر منفی می‌گذارد. هم‌چنین نتایج این آزمایش‌ها نشان داد که بحرانی‌ترین غلظت آلودگی خاک از میان غلظت‌های مورد بررسی میزان ppm 10000  است. سپس خاک آلوده با بحرانی‌ترین غلظت به وسیله ژئوپلیمرمتاکائولن به میزان 5، 10 و 15% وزنی و با مدت زمان عمل‌آوری 7 روز تثبیت ‌شده مجدداً مورد آزمایش‌های مختلف قرار گرفت. در نهایت نتایج به‌ دست ‌آمده در این مرحله نشان داد که با افزایش درصد ژئوپلیمر متاکائولن، پارامترهای مقاومتی خاک به ‌طور چشمگیری افزایش ‌یافته است و افزودن ژئوپلیمر به خاک آلوده  ppm 10000 موجب تثبیت خاک و بهبود خواص خاک شده است. نتایج به ‌دست ‌آمده از آزمایش‌ها نشان داد که بهینه‌ترین حالت افزودن 15% ژئوپلیمر متاکائولن به خاک آلوده ppm 10000 بود که در آن نسبت به خاک آلوده ppm 10000 تثبیت ‌نشده حد روانی 39/47% افزایش، حد خمیری 51/06% افزایش، نشانه خمیری 20/68% افزایش، رطوبت بهینه 19/84% افزایش، وزن مخصوص خشک 3/23% کاهش، مقاومت فشاری تک‌محوری 2/28 برابر افزایش و CBR 2/31 برابر افزایش یافته بود.}, keywords_fa = {Metakaolin,Pozzolan,Soil Contamination,Geopolymer,Stabilization of Soil}, url = {https://ceej.aut.ac.ir/article_4925.html}, eprint = {https://ceej.aut.ac.ir/article_4925_be395bb87f2afe1d1e0fb2c133348553.pdf} }
