Among them, the addition of specific materials to the soil has been widely adopted in the literature. Cement's impact on the environment is negative, but it has been widely used in many construction projects. The main purpose of this research is to find suitable alternative methods to decrease cement usage, one of which is the addition of polypropylene fibers and zeolite. 126 types of unconfined compression tests with different ingredients were carried out with the aim of decreasing cement usage and improving soil properties. Two types of sandy soil were adopted in this study, i.e., SP and SW soil. They were improved by 4% cement, 0, 0.25, 0.5, 0.75, and 1% of polypropylene fibers with random distribution, and 0, 10, 30, 50% of zeolite were used during curing periods of 7, 14, 28 days. According to the compaction test results, with the addition of 0.5% polypropylene to the SW soil, and 1% to SP soil, the value of optimum moisture increases and then decreases. On the other hand, the addition of polypropylene fibers resulted in the decrease of the special dry weight of both types of soils. It also revealed the optimum percentage of zeolite and polypropylene fibers in SW soil are 30% and %0.5, respectively, while this values in the SP soils are 10% and %0.75, respectively. The proper adoption of zeolite and polypropylene in cement led to an increase in unconfined compression tests as well as elastic deformation strength.}, keywords = {Soil Stabilization,polypropylene fiber,Portland cement,zeolite,UCS test}, title_fa = {مطالعه تجربی تاثیر افزودن الیاف پلی‌پروپیلن بر خاک تثبیت‌ شده با سیمان و جایگزینی زئولیت}, abstract_fa = {یکی از روش‌های رایج و کم‌هزینه جهت بهبود خصوصیات ژئوتکنیکی خاک ماسه‌ای، تثبیت آن به‌ وسیله مواد افزودنی مانند سیمان است. با توجه به آلودگی‌های ‌زیست‌محیطی حاصل از تولید و مصرف سیمان، استفاده از آن همچنان در پروژه‌های عمرانی از ارکان اصلی به ‌حساب می‌آید. به ‌همین دلیل این پژوهش به ‌دنبال یافتن راه‌حلی برای کاهش مصرف سیمان است. به‌ منظور بررسی تاثیر الیاف پلی‌پروپیلن بر مقاومت تک‌محوری خاک، مقادیر الیاف پلی‌پروپیلن، سیمان، زئولیت، نوع خاک ماسه‌ای و همچنین زمان عمل‌آوری مد‌نظر قرار گرفته و در مجموع تعداد 126 آزمایش مقاومت تک‌محوری انجام شده است. به ‌منظور بهسازی این دو نوع خاک از مقادیر 4% وزنی سیمان، مقادیر 0، 0/25، 0/5، 0/75 و 1 درصد الیاف پلی‌پروپیلن با توزیع تصادفی و مقادیر 0، 10، 30 و 50 درصد جایگزینی زئولیت در زمان عمل‌آوری 7، 14 و 28 روز استفاده شده است. طبق نتایج آزمایش تراکم، با افزودن 0/5 درصد الیاف پلی‌پروپیلن به ماسه خوب دانه‌بندی و 1 درصد به ماسه بد دانه‌بندی، مقدار رطوبت بهینه، افزایش و پس از آن کاهش یافته است. از طرفی با افزایش درصد الیاف پلی‌پروپیلن، وزن مخصوص خشک هر دو نوع خاک، کاهش یافته است. همچنین طبق نتایج آزمایش مقاومت تک‌محوری، درصد بهینه جایگزینی زئولیت و الیاف پلی پروپیلن در طرح بهسازی ماسه‌ خوب دانه‌بندی به ترتیب 30% و 5/0% و در ماسه بد دانه‌بندی به ترتیب 10% و 75/0% به دست آمده است. استفاده از مقادیر بهینه زئولیت و الیاف پلی‌پروپیلن در طرح جایگزینی سیمان، علاوه بر افزایش مقاومت تک‌محوری نمونه‌ها، باعث افزایش کرنش گسیختگی آن‌ها نیز شده است.}, keywords_fa = {تثبیت خاک,الیاف پلی‌پروپیلن,سیمان پرتلند,زئولیت,مقاومت تک‌محوری}, url = {https://ceej.aut.ac.ir/article_4440.html}, eprint = {https://ceej.aut.ac.ir/article_4440_9e8c683f3448383bf31349437c3ee5f8.pdf} }
