Non-deterministic methods, having fewer limitations and representing reality with its intrinsic uncertainty, have thus been the focus of less research. This paper incorporates concepts of fuzzy set theory into the optimal design of subway networks to the case of Tehran. Two binary mathematical programming models with different objective functions are developed. The first model maximizes the covered population while minimizing construction cost, whereas the second maximizes the ratio of the covered population to construction cost. These objective functions are modeled in both a fuzzy and a deterministic state. In the fuzzy model, we use a fuzzy penalty factor instead of edge length constraints and propose a Sugeno fuzzy inference system for calculating the covered population. Results indicate that the total length of designed lines with the linear and nonlinear fuzzy approach is equal to 139.3 km (477000 billion Iranian Rials) and 144.6 km (494000 billion Iranian Rials), respectively. Considering topology improvement per construction cost index, designed lines with the linear fuzzy model are better than the nonlinear fuzzy model. In comparison to the classic deterministic approach, the proposed fuzzy approach can improve topology improvement per construction cost index by 23 percent.}, keywords = {Fuzzy mathematical programming,Fuzzy factors,Subway line design,Non-deterministic approach,Line locating}, title_fa = {ارائه رویکرد فازی برای طراحی خطوط مترو، نمونه موردی توسعه متروی تهران}, abstract_fa = {از آنجا که احداث خطوط مترو بسیار هزینه‌بر است و همچنین ذی‌نفعان بسیاری بعضا با اهداف متضاد نیز دارد، طراحی آن از مسائل مهم و چالشی برای برنامه‌ریزان و مهندسان حمل و نقل محسوب می‌شود. با توجه به ضعف‌های رویکرد قطعی، در این پژوهش یک رویکرد فازی برای طراحی خطوط مترو پیشنهاد و برای توسعه خطوط متروی تهران پیاده‌سازی می‌گردد. در مدل‌های پیشنهادی از دو تابع هدف 1- بیشینه کردن پوشش شبکه و کمینه کردن هزینه ساخت و 2- بیشینه کردن نسبت پوشش به هزینه ساخت استفاده می‌شود. برای محاسبه جمعیت جذب شده به ایستگاه یک روش فازی و برای اعمال قید حداقل و حداکثر طول کمان،  یک ضریب جریمه فازی پیشنهاد می‌گردد. نتایج طراحی خطوط جدید (خط 8 الی 13) شبکه متروی تهران با رویکرد فازی خطی حاکی از طول کل 139/3 کیلومتر و 118 ایستگاه است (هزینه احداث 47/7 هزار میلیارد تومان) و نسبت بهبود عملکردی (از نظر توپولوژی و پوشش) به هزینه ساخت برابر با 1/52 درصد به ازای هزار میلیارد تومان سرمایه‌گذاری است. از طرفی نتایج طراحی با رویکرد فازی غیرخطی بیانگر طول کل 144/6 کیلومتر و 120 ایستگاه است که با توجه به هزینه ساخت 49/4 هزار میلیارد تومانی، نسبت بهبود به هزینه آن برابر با 48/1 درصد است. مقایسه دو رویکرد نشان می‌دهد که رویکرد فازی می‌تواند 23 درصد بیشتر از رویکرد قطعی وضعیت شبکه را از لحاظ شاخص بهبود عملکردی به هزینه، ارتقا دهد. رویکرد پیشنهادی این مقاله می‌تواند مهندسان و برنامه‌ریزان حمل و نقل را در طراحی کاراتر خطوط مترو یاری نماید.}, keywords_fa = {مدل برنامه‌ریزی ریاضی فازی,ضرایب فازی,طراحی خط مترو,رویکرد غیرقطعی,مکان‌یابی خط}, url = {https://ceej.aut.ac.ir/article_4256.html}, eprint = {https://ceej.aut.ac.ir/article_4256_92299c8a52731c6a404d1816aacce2f8.pdf} }
