According to the researches conducted during several decades in this regard, computational intelligence methods combined with wavelets are known to be effective. In this paper, Wavelet-Principal Component Analysis-Random Forest (WPCARF) hybrid approach is proposed to model the daily flow of the Polroud river. In the proposed model, first, hydrometric data is preprocessed by wavelet transform and applied to the PCA along with meteorological data. Afterward, their output vectors were entered into the random forest network. The results have shown that the PCA algorithm can improve the performance accuracy and speed of the model, despite reducing the input vectors and simplifying them. Also, it can integrate a model with increased simulation time and input vectors uncertainty having a lower impact on model capability leading to a more uniform decreasing trend. Furthermore, preprocessing the data accompanied by PCA could enhance the agreement index by 5 and 8 percent during one and three days of the simulation and increase the model ability for a more accurate simulation of river flow. On the other hand, results for the best-proposed hybrid model during the one-day-ahead simulation time were R=0.911 and RMSE=7.095 m3/s, while these values were R=0.817 and RMSE=8.681 m3/s in the best hybrid model for three-day-ahead simulation time. This indicates the adequate capacity of the proposed hybrid model for long-term simulation times.}, keywords = {Daily streamflow,Polroud,preprocessing,Simulation time,Time Series}, title_fa = {ارزیابی قابلیت رویکرد ترکیبی موجک-تحلیل مؤلفهی اصلی-جنگل تصادفی در شبیه‌سازی جریان رودخانه}, abstract_fa = {شبیه‌سازی جریان جهت مدیریت تخصیص آب در دوره‌های تر‌سالی و خشکسالی بسیار حائز اهمیت است. با توجه به پژوهش‌هایی که در طول چندین دهه در این خصوص صورت گرفته، روش‌های هوش محاسباتی در ترکیب با موجک، به عنوان روش‌هایی کارآمد شناخته شده‌اند. در این مقاله، رویکرد ترکیبی موجک (W)- تحلیل مؤلفه اصلی (PCA)- جنگل تصادفی (RF)، جهت شبیه‌سازی جریان روزانه‌ی رودخانه‌ی پلرود، پیشنهاد شده است. در مدل پیشنهادی، ابتدا داده‌های هیدرومتری توسط تبدیل موجک ‌پردازش شده و به همراه داده‌‌های هواشناسی به الگوریتم PCA اعمال شدند. سپس بردار‌های خروجی آن به شبکه‌ی جنگل تصادفی وارد گردید. نتایج نشان داد که الگوریتم PCA علی‌رغم کاهش بعد بردار‌های ورودی و ساده‌سازی آن، می‌تواند دقت و سرعت عملکرد مدل را ارتقا بخشد. هم‌چنین، مدل را به‌گونه‌ای منسجم کند که افزایش زمان شبیه‌سازی و عدم‌قطعیت‌ بردار‌های ورودی، بر قابلیت مدل کمتر اثر بگذارد و روند نزولی آن، از شیب هموار‌تری بر‌خوردار باشد. علاوه‌ بر ‌این، پیش‌پردازش داده به همراه PCA، توانسته در زمان شبیه‌سازی یک و سه روز، شاخص توافق را، به ترتیب، 5 و 8 درصد بهبود ببخشد و قابلیت مدل در شبیه‌سازی درست‌تر جریان رودخانه را افزایش دهد. از طرفی، نتایج بهترین مدل ترکیبی در زمان شبیه‌سازی یک روز دارای ضریب همبستگی0/911 و جذر متوسط مربعات خطای 7/095 مترمکعب در ثانیه است که این مقادیر در بهترین مدل ترکیبی برای زمان شبیه‌سازی سه روز به 0/817و 8/681 مترمکعب در ثانیه می‌رسد، که این موضوع به خوبی قابلیت بسیار مناسب مدل ترکیبی پیشنهادی برای زمان‌های شبیه‌سازی بلندمدت‌تر را نشان می‌دهد.}, keywords_fa = {Daily streamflow,Polroud,preprocessing,Simulation time,Time Series}, url = {https://ceej.aut.ac.ir/article_4116.html}, eprint = {https://ceej.aut.ac.ir/article_4116_1ee240f9d9459f80c3da305ad5edb429.pdf} }
