While rock material is subjected to dynamic loading, the interaction between micro-cracks plays an important role in materials behavior. The self-consistent homogenization scheme is implemented in this paper to consider micro-cracks interaction and determine the equivalent mechanical properties of micro-cracked rock deteriorated by damage evolution. This article aims to develop a self-consistent based micromechanical damage model by taking into account the wing- and secondary-cracking mechanisms accompanied by inelastic strains caused by crack displacements under dynamic compressive loading. While stress intensity factors in tensile and in-plane shear modes at flaw tips exceed the material fracture toughness in modes I and II, respectively, wing- and secondary cracks are sprouted and damage evolution occurs. For closed cracks, an appropriate criterion for the secondary-crack initiation is proposed in this paper. The developed model algorithm is programmed in the commercial finite difference software environment for numerical simulation of rock material to investigate the relationship between the macroscopic mechanical behavior and the microstructure. The fracture toughness parameters of the rock samples are experimentally determined. The rock microstructure parameters (average initial length and density of flaws) are studied using scanning electron microscopy. To verify the developed model, a series of numerical simulations are carried out to numerically reproduce the Split-Hopkinson pressure bar test results. The simulation results demonstrate that the developed micromechanical model can adequately reproduce many features of the rock behavior such as softening in the post-peak region, damage induced by wing- and secondary cracks, and irreversible deformations caused by crack displacements on micro-cracks.  Furthermore, the softening behavior of rock material in the post-peak region is affected by considering inelasticity and the secondary cracking mechanisms. Therefore, the rock sample simulation with the coupled inelastic-damage model can increase inelastic deformations in the post-peak region as a result of irreversible strains caused by crack displacements on micro-cracks. The simulation by considering the secondary-crack mechanism leads to an increase in the micro-cracking process, damage, and fragmentation in rock material.}, keywords = {Secondary crack,Stress intensity factor,inelastic strain,self-consistent,Sungun copper mine}, title_fa = {ارایه یک مدل رفتاری ریزمکانیکی کرنش غیرالاستیک-خرابی براساس سازوکار ترک بال و ترک ثانویه تحت بارگذاری دینامیکی}, abstract_fa = {در اغلب مواد سنگی تغییرشکل‌های ناشی از جابه‌جایی در سطوح ریزترک اولیه و انتشار خرابی به دلیل جوانه‌زنی و رشد ترک بال و ترک ثانویه به‌گونه توأمان رخ می‌دهد. وقتی مواد سنگی تحت بارگذاری دینامیکی قرار می‌گیرند، اندرکنش بین ریزترک‌ها نقش مهمی در رفتار مواد ایفا می‌کند. در این تحقیق روش همگن‌سازی خودسازگاری برای لحاظ اندرکنش بین ریزترک‌ها و تعیین پارامترهای مؤثر مواد حاوی ریزترک که تحت تأثیر رشد خرابی زوال یافته‌اند، بکار گرفته شده است. هدف از ارائه این تحقیق توسعه مدل خرابی ریزمکانیکی با در نظر گرفتن مکانیزم رشد ترک بال و ترک ثانویه در کنار کرنش‌های غیرالاستیک ناشی از جابه‌جایی سطوح ریزترک اولیه تحت بارگذاری فشاری دینامیکی می‌باشد. همچنین، معیار مناسبی برای شروع رشد ترک ثانویه برای ترک‌های بسته پیشنهاد شده است. نمونه‌های سنگی برای مطالعات آزمایشگاهی از تیپ سنگی سونگون پورفیری (SP) از مجتمع معدنی مس سونگون تهیه شده‌اند. پارامترهای چقرمگی برای شکست مد اول برابر با 0/77 و برای چقرمگی شکست مد دوم برابر با  1/4 برای تیپ سنگی SP با استفاده از مطالعات آزمایشگاهی تعیین شدند. پارامترهای ریزساختاری سنگ (میانگین طول اولیه برابر با 96/5 میکرومتر و چگالی ریزترک‌ها برابر با 108×5/46 در واحد سطح) با استفاده از اسکن میکروسکوپ الکترونی ارزیابی شدند. برای تعیین مقاومت فشاری دینامیکی، آزمایش فشاری هاپکینسون بر روی نمونه‌های سنگی مکعبی شکل اجرا شد. مطابق با نتایج آزمایش هاپکینسون، افزایش نرخ کرنش تا حد  منجر به افزایش مقاومت فشاری دینامیکی تا مرز 350 مگاپاسکال نسبت به مقاومت فشاری استاتیکی 60 مگاپاسکالی می‌شود. برای اعتبارسنجی مدل توسعه داده شده، نتایج حاصل از شبیه‌سازی‌های عددی با نتایج آزمایش میله فشاری هاپکینسون مقایسه شده است. نتایج حاصل از شبیه‌سازی‌های عددی به ازای نرخ کرنش یکسان تطابق خوبی با نتایج آزمایش میله فشاری هاپکینسون دارد. نتایج حاصل از شبیه‌سازی‌های عددی نشان می‌دهد که مدل ریزمکانیکی توسعه داده شده بسیاری از ویژگی‌های رفتاری سنگ‌ها از جمله رفتار نرم‌شوندگی در ناحیه بعد از مقاومت فشاری، خرابی حاصل از ترک‌های بال و ترک‌های ثانویه و تغییرشکل‌های بازگشت ناپذیر ناشی از جابه‌جایی سطوح ریزترک‌ها را پیش‌بینی می‌کند. قانون مقیاس برای تیپ سنگی SP با استفاده از نتایج شبیه‌سازی‌های عددی و مطالعات آزمایشگاهی مطالعه شد. مطابق با این قانون، نرخ کرنش انتقالی برابر 1200 و مقاومت فشاری دینامیکی برابر با 120 مگاپاسکال برآورد گردید. همچنین مطابق با نتایج شبیه‌سازی‌های عددی افزایش نرخ کرنش از  به  منجر به افزایش طول ترک بال در حدود 15 میکرومتر و طول ترک ثانویه در حدود 4 میکرومتر می‌شود که این امر باعث افزایش اندرکنش بین ریزترک‌ها می‌شود.}, keywords_fa = {ترک ثانویه,رشد خرابی,فاکتور شدت تنش,کرنش غیرالاستیک,روش همگن‌سازی خودسازگار,معدن مس سونگون}, url = {https://ceej.aut.ac.ir/article_3952.html}, eprint = {https://ceej.aut.ac.ir/article_3952_20b46ec1773a8047ca9abf860b23cf00.pdf} }
