The use of fibers to improve mechanical properties of concrete has long been considered by engineers. In this study, an experimental study was conducted to investigate the effect of macro-polymeric fibers and hooked metal fibers on corrosion-free, non-corrosive reinforced concrete beams. Two types of macro-polymeric fibers and hooked metal fibers with 0% and 0.5% volume percentages were tested at three levels of corrosion of 0%, 7% and 9%. An accelerated corrosion test was used from a 3% salt pool. Finally, the reinforced concrete beams were subjected to bending loading tests. Structural behavior of reinforced concrete beams in corrosion beams and non-corrosion beams and with fibers and non-fibers were evaluated and compared. Based on experimental results, corrosion reduces the ductility of the specimens and the use of metallic and polymeric fibers in non-corrosion and corrosion specimens of the first and second surfaces causes a two-fold increase in ductility. Macro polymer fibers are more effective in increasing the shape of the samples compared to the hook metal fibers in corrosion samples. Increasing the percentage of corrosion in non-fibrous specimens decreased the maximum resistance of the specimens, but in specimens with fibers, no significant change was observed in the bearing capacity of the samples with increasing corrosion percentage.}, keywords = {Fiber reinforced concrete (FRC),hooked metal fibers,macro polymer fibers,reinforcement corrosion,accelerated corrosion}, title_fa = {ارزیابی آزمایشگاهی عملکرد سازه ای تیرهای بتن الیافی با الیاف فلزی قلابدار و الیاف پلیمری ماکرو در سطوح مختلف خوردگی آرماتور}, abstract_fa = {خوردگی آرماتور در سازه‌های بتن مسلح منجر به کاهش ظرفیت باربری و شکل‌پذیری اعضای بتن مسلح می‌گردد. اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از اﻟﻴﺎف در بتن ﺑﺮای ﺑﻬﺒﻮد ﺧﻮاص مکانیکی ﺑﺘﻦ ﻣﺪتﻫﺎﺳﺖ ﻛﻪ ﻣﻮرد ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﻣﻬﻨﺪﺳﺎن ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ. در این تحقیق به منظور بررسی تاثیر الیاف پلیمری و الیاف فلزی بر عملکرد خمشی تیرهای بتن مسلح دارای خوردگی و بدون خوردگی یک مطالعه آزمایشگاهی انجام گرفت. دو نوع الیاف پلیمری ماکرو و الیاف فلزی قلابدار با درصدهای حجمی 0% و 0.5% در سه سطح خوردگی تقریبی 0% و 7% و 9% مورد آزمایش قرار گرفتند. برای انجام آزمایش خوردگی تسریع شده از یک استخر با 3% نمک، استفاده شد. در نهایت تیرهای بتن مسلح تحت آزمایش بارگذاری خمشی قرار گرفتند. رفتار سازه‌ای تیرهای بتن مسلح در تیرهای دارای خوردگی و تیرهای بدون خوردگی و با الیاف و بدون الیاف مورد بررسی و مقایسه قرار گرفتند. بر‌اساس نتایج آزمایشگاهی، خوردگی آرماتور باعث کاهش شکل‌پذیری نمونه‌ها گردید و استفاده از الیاف فلزی و پلیمری در نمونه‌های بدون خوردگی و با خوردگی سطح یک و دو باعث افزایش دو برابری شکل‌پذیری می‌گردد. الیاف پلیمری ماکرو در مقایسه با الیاف فلزی قلابدار در نمونه‌های دارای خوردگی تاثیر بیشتری در افزایش شکل‌پذیری نمونه ها دارند. افزایش درصد خوردگی در نمونه‌های بدون الیاف باعث کاهش حداکثر مقاومت نمونه‌ها گردید اما در نمونه‌های با الیاف با افزایش درصد خوردگی تغییر محسوسی در ظرفیت باربری نمونه‌ها مشاهده نگردید.}, keywords_fa = {Fiber reinforced concrete (FRC),hooked metal fibers,macro polymer fibers,reinforcement corrosion,accelerated corrosion}, url = {https://ceej.aut.ac.ir/article_3798.html}, eprint = {https://ceej.aut.ac.ir/article_3798_e4c567729fca576ea5c1f7d6512a54c6.pdf} }
