In the literature, modeling of soil-pipe interaction is carried out mostly by using soil-equivalent spring, and instead, continuum modeling is rarely used. In the modeling problem, the main question is the estimation accuracy of the pipe deformation. In this paper, it is tried to study the deformational behavior of a pipe installed over an unstable slope. In this study, the simulation was performed by using a continuum approach by using FLAC 3D software, which is based on finite difference method. The effect of parameters such as pipe diameter and thickness, width of the slope, soil cohesion and soil internal friction angle on pipe deformation were investigated. The simulation results indicate that the maximum displacement of the transverse ground and pipe occurs in the center of the area and reaches zero in the sides. The forces/stresses in the pipe are symmetric to the center of the model and reach a maximum value in the center. Furthermore, as the ground movement increases, the pipe maximum strain increases linearly while it remains constant anymore at larger ground deformation which is called critical deformation. By comparison of the numerical results with those of analytical methods for a large-scale physical test, it can be said that the numerical model can more precisely predict the pipe deformation and forces/bending moments. Parametric studies show that some solutions such as an increase in the diameter of the pipe, increase in thickness of the pipe wall and a decrease in the slope angle can effectively reduce the displacements and forces imposed in the pipe.}, keywords = {BURIED PIPELINES,Slope Instability,Numerical modeling,FLAC 3D SOFTWARE,Soil-pipe interactions}, title_fa = {شبیه‌سازی عددی تغییرمکان عرضی لوله مدفون بر اثر ناپایداری شیروانی‌ها}, abstract_fa = {خطوط لوله‌ی مدفون برای انتقال آب، سوخت مایع، گاز، نفت و غیره کاربرد دارند که ممکن است بر روی شیروانی مستقر باشند. خطر این لوله‌ها، ناپایداری شیروانی بوده که منجر به اعمال تغییرشکل‌های بزرگ به لوله می‌شود. برای ً از روش‌های تیر-فنر و تحلیلی استفاده می‌شود و کمتر، روش‌های عددی مبتنی بر محیط مدل‌سازی این مسئله، عمدتا پیوسته بکارگرفته شده است. ضرورت توجه به این مسئله، دقت این روش‌ها در تخمین رفتار لوله است. در این مقاله، از شبیه‌سازی عددی با نرم‌افزار سه بعدی FACE 3D استفاده شده است. ابتدا روش محیط پیوسته با روش تیر-فنر و روابط تحلیل مقایسه شده و سپس، به شبیه سازی یک مسئله واقعی پرداخته شده و نتایج جهت بررسی دقت روش، مقایسه شده‌اند. مقایسه‌ی نتایج این پژوهش با سایر روش‌ها نشان می‌دهد که روابط ساده موجود می‌تواند رفتار تغییرشکل لوله تحت بار جانبی را با تقریب تخمین بزند. ولی مدل سازی عددی می‌تواند تغییرمکان و کرنش‌های بوجودآمده را با دقت بیشتری پیش بینی کند. باتوجه به سه بعدی بودن مسئله، تنها کافی است طول کوچکی از لوله که در طرفین منطقه رانش قرار گرفته است، در مدل‌سازی لحاظ شود. مطالعات حساسیت نشان می‌دهد با انجام اقداماتی نظیر افزایش قطر لوله و افزایش ضخامت جداره لوله، میتوان تغییرمکان‌ها، تنش‌ها و کرنش‌های ایجاد شده در لوله را تا حدی کاهش داد. با افزایش تغییرمکان زمین، کرنش بیشینه لوله به طور خطی افزایش یافته و از تغییرمکان بحرانی به بعد، کرنش بیشینه لوله ثابت می‌ماند.}, keywords_fa = {BURIED PIPELINES,Slope Instability,Numerical modeling,FLAC 3D SOFTWARE,Soil-pipe interactions}, url = {https://ceej.aut.ac.ir/article_3462.html}, eprint = {https://ceej.aut.ac.ir/article_3462_00b2c5eaf4945d98cc64c274e47963da.pdf} }
