In the previous studies, the replacement of sand with crumb glass at high ratios resulted in a significant reduction in the mechanical properties of concrete. In this research, the sand was replaced with waste fractures with ratios of 5%, 8% and 12%, and 3 mixing designs were cast. Three mixes were also made by replacing glass powder with cement at 4%, 8% and 12%. Combined designs with a constant replacement of 8% glass crumbs with sand and cement with glass powder in ratios of 4%, 8% and 12% were also prepared. A total of 230 sampling was done. The compressive strength of samples at the age of 7, 28, 56 and 91 days, and tensile strength at 28 days were also measured. Static modulus test was performed on cylindrical specimens. Experiments results in fresh and hardened concretes compounds decreased compared to mixed glass containing glass powder, which is indicative of the undesirable use of glass as a crumbly and increased alkali-silica activity. The undesirable performance of glass jar on the mechanical properties of concrete through the replacement of cement with glass powder has been greatly improved. The results showed that simultaneous replacement of cement with glass powder in low proportions in designs containing 8% permanent sand replacement with glass jar, resulted in a significant reduction in the workability and improvement of mechanical properties of concrete compared to the reference design.}, keywords = {Glass powder,Waste glass,Compressive Strength,Split tensile test,Static elastic modulus}, title_fa = {بررسی آزمایشگاهی کارایی و خواص مکانیکی بتن حاوی پودر شیشه و خرده شیشه ضایعاتی با کاربردهای جداگانه و همزمان}, abstract_fa = {تولید بتن نیازمند مصالح طبیعی و مصنوعی گوناگونی است. تولید سیمان به عنوان اصلی‌ترین ماده ساخت بتن، باعث تولید گاز دیاکسیدکربن و اثرات زیان‌بار آن بر لایه ازن می‌شود. لذا محققین را به یافتن راه حلی جهت کاهش در سهم مصالح طبیعی و تولید گازهای گلخانه‌ای در تولید بتن واداشت. حجم زیاد شیشه‌های ضایعاتی بازیافت ناپذیر، به عنوان جایگزین مصالح مذکور در بتن اخیراً مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. در تحقیقات قبلی، جایگزینی ماسه با خرده شیشه در نسبت‌های بالا، کاهش قابل ملاحظه خواص مکانیکی را نتیجه داد. در این تحقیق پس از ساخت طرح اختلاط مرجع، ماسه با خرده شیشه ضایعاتی با نسبت‌های 5% ، 8%و 12% جایگزین و 3 طرح اختلاط ساخته شد.  3 طرح با جایگزینی پودر شیشه با سیمان در  4%، 8%و 12% نیز ساخته شدند. پس از بررسی نتایج 7طرح مذکور، طرح‌های ترکیبی با جایگزینی ثابت 8% خرده شیشه با ماسه و سیمان با پودر شیشه در نسبت‌های   4%، 8%و 12% نیز ساخته شدند. در هر آزمایش سه نمونه و در مجموع  230نمونه گیری انجام شد. مقاومت فشاری نمونه‌های مکعبی استاندارد در سنین 7، 28،56و  91روزه، تعیین گردید. مقاومت کششی به روش دونیم شدن نمونه‌ها، اندازه گیری شدند. آزمایش ضریب ارتجاعی استاتیکی نیز بر روی نمونه‌های استاندارد استوانه‌ای، انجام گردید. مقاومت فشاری، ضریب ارتجاعی، مقاومت کششی، اسلامپ، وزن مخصوص بتن‌های تازه و سختشده طرح‌های اختلاط حاوی خرده شیشه و پودر شیشه به صورت همزمان، نسبت به طرح‌های اختلاط حاوی فقط پودر شیشه، کاهش را نشان داد، که این امر، عملکرد نامطلوب شیشه به صورت ذرات درشتتر (خرده شیشه) در ساختار بتن و افزایش فعالیت قلیایی-سیلیسی را نشان می‌دهد. عملکرد نامطلوب خرده شیشه در خواص مکانیکی بتن از طریق جایگزینی سیمان با پودر شیشه، تا حدود بسیار زیادی بهبود یافت. نتایج نشان داد که جایگزینی همزمان سیمان با پودر شیشه در نسبت‌های پایین در طرح‌های حاوی 8% ثابت جایگزینی ماسه با خرده شیشه، باعث کاهش شدید کارایی و بهبود خواص مکانیکی بتن‌ها نسبت به طرح مرجع، گردید.}, keywords_fa = {Glass powder,Waste glass,Compressive Strength,Split tensile test,Static elastic modulus}, url = {https://ceej.aut.ac.ir/article_2806.html}, eprint = {https://ceej.aut.ac.ir/article_2806_f230653ad0ba74de1a86d37d28656c20.pdf} }
